Classific works with founders, operations leaders and established organisations who need software that fits how they actually work. We combine product design and engineering in one team, so decisions about what to build and how to build it are made together.

Our work spans web, mobile and desktop applications, business systems such as CRM, CMS and ERP, and custom software where no existing product fits. Across all of it the standard is the same: software that is dependable in daily use and affordable to change.

Start with the problem
We spend time understanding the business challenge before proposing a solution. The best technical decision is often to build less, and we say so.
Build for maintenance
Software spends most of its life being changed. Clear structure, automated tests and documentation are how we keep that affordable.
Show working software early
Progress is demonstrated with running software rather than status reports. Feedback arrives while it is still cheap to act on.
Say what we know and what we do not
Estimates carry their assumptions. Risks are named early. We would rather raise a concern now than explain it later.
